Custom Contact Field Updates (Now Live!)

Your Ai can now update custom contact fields in HighLevel—live during a conversation. This gives you more control over the data you collect, without needing extra steps, forms, or manual follow-up.

You can now capture and sync fields like:
1. Lead stage (hot, warm, cold)
2. Budget or project timeline
3. Service type or product interest
4. Decision maker name
5. Preferred contact method

All you need is the field key from HighLevel and a short description of what the Ai should update. From there, your Ai handles the rest—fluidly and naturally, right in the chat.

This unlocks new automation options and helps keep your contact records more complete and accurate than ever.

New Agency Tool: Ai Prospector

The Ai Prospector is a game-changing lead generation tool for agencies.

With the Ai Prospector, you can send your contacts a link to an instant Ai demo trained just for them. The tool will capture their contact information (phone, email, name, etc.), and then it will instantly create a demo pre-trained for their business.

This will allow you as an agency to use these demos to create interest with higher funnel prospects, and then follow up and spend your time with the ones that are truly interested. And as always, getting them transitioned from demo to live account is fast and easy.

Smarter Referral Capture with Real-Time Notifications

When your AI captures referral information in a conversation, you’ll now receive a real-time email notification with the referral’s contact details.This means no delays—you can reach out and follow up as soon as new referral opportunities come in.

Improved Standard Reporting

We’re making your reporting smarter, one step at a time. Your dashboard reports now include:

1. Total conversations
2. Conversions (booked appointments)
3. Conversion rates over the past 30 days

Plus, we’ve added a simple comparison to the previous 30 days, showing whether your metrics are trending up or down. This gives you a quick pulse on how your AI campaigns are performing overall.

Enhancements to Conversational Nuances

We’ve improved how your Ai reflects specific words, phrases, or stylistic preferences. When updating your campaign context, any words or phrases you want your Ai to use—or avoid—will now be better reflected in both tests and live conversations.

This makes your Ai more tailored and authentic to your brand’s voice and tone.

Improvements to Ai campaign testing

Testing your campaigns now feels closer to a real live conversation with your Ai. This makes it easier to fine-tune your setup and get a better sense of how your AI will interact with customers in real time.

Effortless Campaign Updates with Your Ai

Now, you can update your campaigns simply by chatting with your Ai. No need for prompts, code, or complex workflows.

Here's how:

1. Go to the campaign you want to adjust
2. Click "Update Campaign Context" to start a live chat with your Ai
3. Explain any changes you want to make to the campaign

The updates will be made automatically when you complete the chatUse this to tweak specifics or nuances to get your campaign working just right. Remember, your Engagement Questions, Knowledge, and Digital Assets can still be edited in their own sections.

This seamless process saves time and ensures your campaigns are always fine-tuned and ready to perform without you needing to micro-manage campaigns or figure out how to get prompts just right.

Test Campaigns from Cereba Dashboard

Now, instead of navigating to individual campaigns, you can test any of them directly from your Cereba dashboard. This streamlined process saves you time and keeps everything in one place.

From your dashboard, simply select the campaign you’d like to test and start a live chat with your Ai. This lets you quickly review how your AI responds in real-time without needing to jump between campaign pages. Everything you need to fine-tune your campaigns is now right at your fingertips.

Our cloud servers responsible for managing your onboarding and the Cereba data flow which sends and receives messages for your Ai. To stay a step ahead of our processing needs, we have upgraded our servers with 8x more processing cores, and 4x memory! This means your messages arrive quickly, and your intents are processed in seconds.

Campaigns 1.0 is live!

Our biggest update yet! We're so excited to announce the release of our updated campaign module. Our new campaign engine, now powered by Cereba Ai Campaign Agents, allows you to build a campaign that understands your goals and the context of the leads and customers in the campaign.

1.0 includes 4 primary categories to build your campaigns under, appointment setting,  referrals, reviews, and customer service. Within each type you can completely customize your campaign so it perfectly aligns with the context of your campaign.

Through a self guided process you will work with Ai agents in natural language, answering basic questions and outlining the fundamental steps and knowledge that make up a successful campaign. Once complete your Ai understands who it is speaking to, what they are expecting, where they came from, your goals with the outreach and the actions to take along the way. It also understands the order of operations, campaign specific information, NEW digital assets for reviews, referrals etc. and much much more!

Our new campaign module is available now, simply click "campaigns" in your side menu to get started.

Misc onboarding and small instruction updates

Enhanced onboarding path for users without a website, with additional flows to create a more complete company synopsis. Minor updates made to Auto-Reconnect to fix rare bug when lead request to be reached out, then changes their mind, then re-requests to be contacted. Function now works flawlessly.

Minor changes to dashboard conversation stats, conversion stats and conversion stats. Loading time has been improved.

Auto-reconnect now live with all paid accounts

Our newest intent "Auto-reconnect" gives your AI the ability to followup with clients to continue their conversation. This powerful feature allows your AI to autonomously schedule itself a reminder to reach back out to a client or lead in order to schedule a call/appointment with your sales team.
When a lead tells your AI that they are unable to talk, or anything related to "now is not a good time", your AI will let them know they will reach back out in the future.  It will ask if there is a specific time, and if none is given, will recommend a time.
Once a time has been determined, your AI will schedule a task for itself to reach back out. This reminder will be stored in our GCP data flow. Once the time has come, your AI will reach back out with the correct context to reignite the conversation.

Enhanced GHL connection steps

User feedback let us know we could do better when guiding users to connect their GHL account. This step is now included during the final onboarding steps and must be completed before opening the users dashboard.
After the user completes Company Information step, they are brought directly to a step to connect their HighLevel account.

Onboarding company synopsis enhancements

We received feedback requesting additional options to craft your company synopsis in the event your website is not launched, lacks enough copy for a thorough synopsis or is hosted on a platform that prevents our AI from reviewing it (this last case is rare).
During the initial onboarding synopsis step, users will be given the option to continue without providing a web site, or in the event of a review error,  users can continue to synopsis path 3.1 to add information.
New 4 step process (synopsis 3.1-3.4) that requests basic company information from the user through guided focused questions. This information is then used to continue into onboarding sales process 1

GHL Scheduling Intent feature updates and improvement

AI scheduling to GHL now has features that include contact field update options (name, phone email) as well as enhanced scheduling and rescheduling AI logic and context.
Field updates can be triggered through natural language, or by engagement questions. AI can confirm details and update as needed. If the client request that they are contacted at a different email or phone, contact will be updated by AI.
Rescheduling is more robust, with the ability to decipher what the client means when changing their mind frequently about which day/time is best. AI will now update existing appointment. This is helpful during confirmation texts when the client responds the day/time is no longer good for them.
